Am I in the Association?

Occasionally the board receives correspondence from home owners about lots that don't seem to be following the CC&Rs. Unfortunately, because various developers failed to sign or submit final documents with the city or county, there are islands of homes that were not officially brought into the OKHA. Though these lots enjoy many of benefits of the association, they are not bound by the CC&R's, nor do they have to pay annual dues.

Following is a list of homes that are not in the OKHA association that were supposed to be, but because developers failed to submit final documentation are excluded:
